The National Association of African Americans in the Department of Homeland Security (NAADHS) is a solution oriented non-profit organization comprised of positive people personifying professionalism through unity, integrity and perseverance. As such, NAADHS has implemented the National Achievement Program (NAP) to utilize its unique array of talent and resources, to invest in the welfare of future generations. Each year, NAP will provide a scholarship up to $2,000 per student and mentorship to high school seniors and undergraduate college students who have outstanding academic achievements.

Students should complete the online application via www.naadhs.org and mail it along with the other required documents to: NAADHS-NAP, P.O. Box 3574, Oakbrook, Illinois, 60522. All applications must be received by May 1, 2008 and the winners will be notified by May 31, 2008.
