The NAADHS Seal

While pondering on the design and creation for a universal symbol to represent the true spirit of NAADHS, President Gregory D. Thompson was led to the perfect person, his first cousin, Mr. Andrew Anderson.

On December 27, 2004, Mr. Anderson finalized the NAADHS seal. In addition to the design and creation, Mr. Anderson submitted the following annotations:

The EAGLE symbolizes impeccable STRENGTH.

The OLIVE BRANCH symbolizes eternal PEACE.

The 13 ARROWS symbolize the FOUNDERS who pierced the way.

The BADGE symbolizes DISTINCTION through membership.

The 21 STARS symbolize PERFECTION .

The 3x7 = COMPLETENESS.

The 5 RED STRIPES on the badge symbolize each position on the EXECUTIVE BOARD.

The CHAIN symbolizes UNITY; resolved members working together to create a stalwart BOND.

The TORCH of freedom and the SCALE of justice symbolize the definitive PURPOSE.
